During our recent visit to Dnipro, we were welcomed by the Children’s and Youth Center “Lider”. We enjoyed our first ever show under sirens in Dnipro.
Sofia Bezugla, 13, has performed a special dance that she created to honor has dad, a professional soldier defending Ukraine.
She expressed her feelings in a very creative, heartbreaking but powerful way.
This 17y old girl from Dnipro, #Ukraine was welcoming us with this dance. Later we saw her crying because the song reminded her of her father who is on the front line.

We also enjoyed a dance by Oleksandra:
This is how people from #Ukraine say “Thank you”. Only for us, under sirens.

I’ve never witnessed such gratitude to be honest. Such a warm welcome wherever we go. pic.twitter.com/qRCgX6SFXh
